How can I check my order status?

You can check your order status in 2 ways:

Method 1: Use the Check Order Status tool.

At the Homepage, you should enter information including:

• Order Code has been sent by us via confirmation email
• Email registration

Click Check Order Status to display the order status.

Method 2: Use vietnam-immi.org account

Log in to your vietnam-immi.org account with the following information:

• Login name: registered email account
• Password is provided in email <Account Created Successfully>

Check the status of your placed order in the My Orders section.
