5 Years Visa Exemption

Required information to fill out An application form for issuance/reissuance of the certificate of visa exemption (Form NA9);

• 02 photos sized 4x6cm

  Requirements: Photo taken no more than 6 months ago, jpeg format, size ≤ 2MB, straight looking, no hat, no glasses, polite clothes, white background.

• Passport/ equivalent paper/ a Residence Permit

  Those papers have to be granted by a competent agency in the country of residence valid for at least 06 months following the entry date in Vietnam.

• Other documents will be advised to detail case by case

  It can vary such as Birth Certificate; Certificate of Vietnamese citizenship; Certificate of loss of Vietnamese citizenship; Certificate of Marriage; Certificate of relationship with father, mother, children; etc.
