VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)
Processing time
Tourist Visa:
+ Normal case: 7-10 working days
+ Urgent case: 3-5 working days
Business Visa
+ Normal case: 7-12 working days
The processing time depends on the type of visa, nationality and type of processing that
you applied for your Vietnam visa ( process visa in normal case, urgent case, emergency case).
When we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation via Email. This Email will inform you of a
payment confirmation and a "Processing Notification".
A "Processing Notification" will show that the visa application will be processed on [date].
We will send you a result on [date] at [time].
The processing time is dependent on business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM
(GMT+7) Monday to Friday (excluding lunch time from 11:00 AM to 13:30 PM) and is
also subject to Vietnam National Public Holidays.
Working time will be based on Vietnam Time (GMT+7).
The processing time is based on the applicant acceptance time and processing time
of the Vietnam Immigration (Vietnam Time), and the following rules will be applied:
o For normal cases (7-10 or 7-12 working day): If we receive your payment and
all required information before [11:00 am] of the working day, your processing
time will be counted immediately, and your Visa On Arrival will be ready by the
end of the 10th (for Tourist visa) or 12th working day (for business visa) at the
latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
o For urgent cases, the time receiving your visa will be confirmed case by case.
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport, or other travel document application for any
reasons and may not provide a reason to https://vietnam-immi.org for the rejection. We have no responsibility
for any delays, cancellations, financial, and other losses due to denial or delay in processing.
Prior to approval, the issuing authority may ask for additional documentations, and we will inform you
by Email to prepare a full set of required documents. Since we do not issue visas or passports and cannot
make any guarantee or assurances that any issuing authority will issue any documents nor can we guarantee
the time required for an issuing authority to grant or reject an application. Issuing authorities may
choose to grant a different type of travel document than that which the applicant has requested which may
impact the purpose, validity, or number of entries. Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable
should not be made until all necessary travel documents for your trip have been obtained.
Fee
Service fee :
This fee is charged by us to submit your application, help you get your visa approval letter on time, and support
you 24/7 about the visa procedure.
An email with the title " Application #ID: Confirm Visa for Vietnam Successful (gate OnePay) – [Name of applicant]" will
show that we already received your payment. We will send you an email with the subject "Application #ID: Visa for Vietnam
Remind (gate OnePay) - [Name of applicant]" " if your payment is failed and instructs you to try again using a different
payment method. Any problems that result from a failed payment are not our responsibility. If we do not receive payment
from you, we will not process your visa.
If your visas are denied by the Vietnam Immigration Department: We will refund service fee for you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee and other such
charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the payment process.
Stamping fee :
The stamping fee is charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department. At the airport, you must pay this charge in USD
to have your passport stamped with a visa
The stamping fee varies depending on your visa type (single or multiple entry).
In any case, the stamping fee is not refundable.
Cancellation and Refund
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport or other travel document application for any reason
and may not provide a reason to https://vietnam-immi.org for the rejection. If your visas are delayed or denied
by the Vietnam Immigration Department: We will refund all fees for you.
You shall pay for all bank charges, exchange rate differences, currency adjustments, transaction fee
and other such charges incurred by your bank or financial institution(s) throughout the refund process.
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do so
without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel or change any information on your application before
we begin processing the service, you may do so without incurring any fees or penalties.
If so, before our "Processing Notification" is issued to your registered email address,
you must send an official cancellation request with your Application ID to our email
sales@vietnam-immi.org. A complete refund will be provided in this situation.
After our system sends the "Processing Notification" to your registered email address, if you
decide to cancel your application or change any information for any reason, there won’t be a
refund granted, and the service will proceed automatically.
An extra fee will be charged for the correction.
A "Processing Notification" will show that the visa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will
send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at a specific time.
Once your Visa Approval Letter has been issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department and has been
sent to your registered email address, there will be no refunds allowed.
Documents will be sent via email as usual, but in some cases, you will be required to send us hard
copies or original documents to submit to the Vietnam Immigration Department for review. You will
send these required documents to our office. A delivery charge will be your responsibility. All
third-party delivery companies are subject to the conditions set by these individual companies.
vietnam-immi.org accepts no liability for losses or delays incurred when using third-party delivery companies.
You will be charged an additional fee to expedite the process, or your visa will be canceled if the
authorities do not have enough time to process it. We will send you a list of required documents via
email. Please send us a full set of the needed documents on time. There will be no refunds allowed and
vietnam-immi.org accepts no liability for any problems brought on by late document submissions.
Please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@vietnam-immi.org or through our hotline
at +84.987.309.313 if for any reason you are unable to get your Visa Approval Letter by the due date
as indicated by us via the "Processing Notification." No refund is given if you don’t do that.
Technical problems, incorrect email addresses, or information submitted by applicants without notifying
us in advance will not be held liable for any loss or delay.
vietnam-immi.org shall not be held responsible for nor accept any liability for the actions of any consulate,
embassy, or passport office in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason whatsoever, nor
shall https://vietnam-immi.org be held responsible for expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with:
(a) incomplete application forms or (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or (c)
inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
It is strongly advised that you double-check your details to make sure that all of the following
information is accurate. There will be no cancellation and no refund in this case. You will be
charged in full for any mistakes on your part.
Tickets or reservations that are non-refundable should not be made until all necessary travel
documents for your trip have been obtained.
Admin & Government fee is non-refundable for any reason.
In the event that https://vietnam-immi.org made a mistake while submitting your approval letter and you notify
us at least seven working days before the date of your arrival, we will obtain a new approval letter
for you using the same information from your initial application without charging you any additional fees.
Each [Thursday], the refund will be issued. If it falls on public holidays (Tet, Vietnam Liberation Day,
National Independence Day, etc.), the refund will be processed the next business day. However,
depending on how your bank or financial institution operates, it can take you 7 to 10 working days
to get your money. Regardless of the payment method you used, any fees your bank or financial
institution imposes in connection with the return will be applied to your account. The fees our
bank or financial institution charges for the return are the responsibility of https://vietnam-immi.org
ELECTRONIC VISA (E-VISA)
Processing time
+ Normal case: 3 working days
+ Urgent case: 2 working days
+ Emergency case: 1 working day
+ Super Emergency case: 2 hours
The processing time depends on the type of visa, nationality and type of processing that you applied for your
Vietnam Evisa ( process visa in normal case, urgent case, emergency case, super emergency case).
A "Processing Notification" will show that the Evisa application will be processed on dd/mm/yyyy. We will
send you a result on dd/mm/yyyy at [a specific time].
The processing time is dependent on business hours, which are 8:00 AM to 16:00 PM
(GMT+7) Monday to Friday (excluding lunch time from 11:00 AM to 13:30 PM) and is
also subject to Vietnam National Public Holidays.
Working time will be based on Vietnam Time (GMT+7).
The processing time is based on the applicant acceptance time and processing time
of the Vietnam Immigration (Vietnam Time), and the following rules will be applied:
o For 3 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 11:00 am of a working
day, your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 7th
working day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
o For 2 working day processing: If we receive your payment and required information before 09:00 am of a working day,
your processing time will be counted immediately, and your e-visa will be ready by the end of the 3rd working
day at the latest. Otherwise, it will be counted on the next working day.
o For urgent and Emergency cases, the time when your e-visa is ready will be confirmed case by case.
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport, or other travel document application for any

for any delays, cancellations, financial, and other losses due to denial or delay in processing.

Fee
By submitting your e-visa application to https://vietnam-immi.org, you consent to paying all fees associated with this kind
of service, including the service fee and admin & Government fee.
Where a VIETNAM Electronic Visa has been requested, the fee paid to https://vietnam-immi.org includes processing of the
E-VISA visa only and does not include any appeals or additional services.
Cancellation and Refund
The issuing authority may reject any visa, passport or other travel document application for any reason
and may not provide a reason to https://vietnam-immi.org for the rejection. If your visas are delayed or denied
by the Vietnam Immigration Department: We will refund all fees for you.

AIRPORT SERVICE
Our airport service includes: Airport Fast track service (Arrival Fast track and Departure Fast track), Car pick-up/Drop off service, Esim.
Procedure
You can choose our Airport service on your Visa application form online or applying separate on
the LINK or sending us your request via Email sales@vietnam-immi.org
We will arrange our staff to assist you on time. After receiving your payment, we will send you a
confirmation and construction via Email. You just need to follow our guide.
Fee
The car pick-up/drop off fee includes transportation from the airport to the city center. Outside
locations will incur an additional price. If your location is outside the city center, we will let you
know if there is a charge.
The fast-track service fee is exclusive of the visa stamping fee.
The stamping fee charged by the Vietnam Immigration Department. For any reason, this money is non-refundable.
Cancellation and Refund
If for any reason you decide to cancel your application before paying the Service Fee, you may do
so without incurring any fees or penalties, even if you forget to notify us.
If for any reason you decide to cancel on your application you must send an official request with
your Application ID to our Email sales@vietnam-immi.org
+ At least 24 working hours prior to your registered landing time; a full refund of your service
fee will be arranged without any charge and penalty
+ Within 24 working hours prior to the registered landing time, we do not accept any cancellation
requests for any reason. No fine is assessed in this situation, and no refund is provided.
If your flight schedule changes or is delayed due to outside factors like weather-related events
or courier delays, you must contact us right away by calling our hotline at +84.987.309.313 or
sending an email to sales@vietnam-immi.org so that we can adjust our services accordingly.
If you do not contact us after such conditions, which causes the failure of our service delivery,
there will be no penalties and no refunds.
If you are unable to use the service(s) on your arrival date for whatever
reason, please get in touch with us right away through email at sales@vietnam-immi.org
or through our hotline at +84.987.309.313 and follow our instructions.
Within 02 hours of your landing time, if you do not contact us or do not follow our hotline’s
instructions, no refund will be provided.
If you are unable to use the service(s) due to our error in any of the following
two situations, we will refund your service fee in full.
• Even when you call us at our hotlines +84.987.309.313 or Email us at
sales@vietnam-immi.org and follow our instructions, you are unable to locate our
representative(s) at the airport of arrival.
• If, after calling our hotline +84.987.309.313 or sending us an Email to
sales@vietnam-immi.org within two hours of your landing, you are unable to locate our
representative(s) at the arrival airport, you receive no response or help from us.

CONSULAR SERVICES
For affirming our considerable role and importance towards protecting customer’s rights and benefits, along with the potential and sustainable development of our The One Digi Corporation, we agreed and developed the following criteria:
- All of your receipts, documents, and individual information will be certainly confidential.
- Kindly provide us full and precise documents to ensure receiving the result on time once agreed.
- The State Agencies may refuse any documents/application for subjective reasons or due to the shortage/incorrect provision of the customer’s documents. In this case, admin & government fees are non-refundable, we will only refund our service fees.
- For Online Payment, please precisely take photos of the confirmation of your successful payment and send it to our support team via email sales@vietnam-immi.org, in order to avoid errors from the Internet.
- Your application results will be sent to you on time as agreed. Some exceptions may take longer processing time than expected, depending on the State Agencies.
- Once you are required to supplement additional information or documents by the State Agencies, please provide correct and timely information so as not to affect the processing time of your application.
- In case there is any unexpected error from our company, we will re-do the application for you without any other costs.
