Visa On Arrival (VOA)

You will need to give us all of the documents below so we can help you obtain a Visa On Arrival from the Vietnamese government.

• Required information to obtain a Visa Approval Letter;

• As for tourist purposes, You shall provide us your

  - Return ticker

  - Hotel bookings in Vietnam

  - A photo of your passport (Full page including photo, personal information and ICAO lines)

  - Visa/TRC of other countries (if any)

• As for business purposes, You shall inform your sponsor company in Vietnam to send us required documents to email.

  - Passport scan with company stamp

  - Business Certificate Registration

  - Token USB of Sponsor company

• When you arrive at Vietnam airport, Please present

  - Original passport is valid for at least 06 months from the entry date and has 02 blank pages;

  - Visa Approval Letter;

  - 02 passport size photos (taken no more than 6 months ago, straight looking, no hat, no glasses, polite clothes, white background);

  - Entry/exit form;

  Admin & Government fee (if any);

  Work permit or work permit exemption for business, work visas (DN, LD) (if apply for Business VOA);

  Invitation letter/Sponsor letter from Vietnamese companies (if apply for Business VOA).
