No, you don’t need to. Foreigners can enter Phu Quoc Island without visa for up to 30 days in accordance with Clause 4 and Clause 6, Article 12 of Law No. 51/2019/QH14 Amendments to a number of Articles of Law on entry, exit, transit and residence of foreigners in Vietnam.
