Day 1 Itinerary

Pickup (08:00 – 08:30)

The car and guide pick up guests at hotels in the Hanoi Old Quarter area. Please be ready at the scheduled time to begin the journey.

Quang Phu Cau Incense Village (08:30 – 10:00)

Travel to Quang Phu Cau Incense Village (~1.5 hours). Along the way, enjoy views of Hanoi’s suburban landscapes and rural life.

Incense Experience (10:00 – 11:15)

Explore the incense-making process. Check in at the colorful incense drying yards with vibrant incense flowers. Observe and practice traditional steps, including bamboo splitting, dyeing incense sticks, and rolling incense. Take photos at artistic display areas.

Chuong Conical Hat Village (11:15 – 12:00)

Transfer to Chuong Conical Hat Village.

Lunch & Local Experience (12:00 – 13:30)

Enjoy a home-cooked lunch with local specialties at an artisan’s house. Interact with the host family to understand daily village life and traditions.

Hat Workshop (13:30 – 14:30)

Join a hands-on workshop to learn how to select palm leaves and sew a conical hat. Decorate your own hat and take it home as a souvenir.

Ha Thai Lacquerware Village (14:30 – 15:15)

Travel to Ha Thai Lacquerware Village.

Lacquer Art Experience (15:15 – 16:15)
